January saw all the horses come back into work; enjoying their holidays and looking amazing. Here is an intake of where each of the horses are currently at.
Harry’s Angel X Thirlmere – This is an un-raced 3 year old who is a strong chestnut filly.
Tees Douge – Dougie has matured nicely over the winter growing into a fine, big horse and is ready to run on the all weather.
Tees Harriet – Harriet had her first run at Newcastle and showed some promise. She is a lovely strong filly with a good future ahead of her.
Secret command – Kodi has strengthened nicely over the winter, he loves the top of the ground and looks like a strong sprinter.
Acclamation X Bobbie Grace – She is a lovely filly with a great attitude to work therefore is taking all we throw at her in her stride.
Zouzenda – This is a fiesty filly by Zoustar who has a wonderful attitude and loves to get on with the job.
Mehmas X Struck By The Moon – She is a nice strong filly with a great stride also with a very willing attitude leading to her enjoying learning.
Invincible Army X Batuta – Gordon is a rangey gelding by Invincible Army and is a 1/2 brother to Hafeet Alain, who we trained as a 2/3 year old; he is very similar to him in his mannerism and work.
Hill Run – Cassie is a big strong filly by Zoustar, her owners are very patient and know that her family do well with time.
Ingleby Ivy – Ivy has strengthened up over the winter; looking well and looks like a good strong sprinter.
C’mon Convoy – Gina is owned by a fun syndicate who have been very patient with this big filly Massaat. Hopefully she has finished growing meaning we can kick on with her.
Burj Malinka – We are looking forwards to 2024 and some fun days out with Burj. He has had a good winter holiday and looks great.
Thornaby Pearl – He has been away for a winter break and a change of scenery. He is holding his condition well so far; hopefully he will be ready to be able to run on the all weather.
Due Consideration – Danny has had a nice winter break and we are very happy with him. He is not far off a run and he likes the all weather surface so here is to a successful 2024 campaign.
