We have had a few successful weeks with the yard having 3 winners. it started with Topper Bill winning at Catterick under Barry McHugh in strong driving finish to win the photo. Then to finish of the week Abate won at York under Barry McHugh in impressive fashion.
Then we started August of with a bang with 4 runners at Hamilton 3 of them being for our new owners Thistle Bloodstock, and Zig Zag Ziggy won very nicely under Ronan Scott. We also had a nice 2yr old run Hafeet Star, he was a little shocked by the whole occasion missing the break and staying on strongly at the finish. Barry gave him a lovely educational ride which will stand him in good stead for his next run and hopefully he will have learned from the first experience.
We got 2 new horses from the breezes ups, one being an Acclamation Filly and the other being a beautiful Holy Roman Emperor colt. They both have settled in nicely and we are looking forward to the future with them.
Our new canter ring has been a massive addition to our yard the horses going aground nicely relaxed and getting fitter while enjoying themselves.
