Abate won very nicely at Newmarket under a very polished ride from Barry Mchugh. He showed great determination to win and was very special as Jack was there to lead him up.

Next was Hurt you Never at Doncaster with Laura Coughlan doing the steering, they have struck up a very good partnership. Also a few weeks later at Tees Spirit won at the same track showing great speed and courage to win going from a strong sprint field. On the same day we also had a 2 year old running for the first time for a new syndicate “Champagne and Dreams” – Chewsday it was a small but competitive field where she finished a nice fourth under a sympathetic educational ride from Barry.

After a mid season break while we waited for suitable ground Burj Malinka showed the field a clean set of hooves winning nicely at Hamilton. As you can see from the picture he was pretty pleased with himself when he got home.

We still have a few horses yet to run as we treat every horse as an individual and wait for them to let us know when they are ready to run.
